Only resource materials purchased through the ME Program website may be returned to the ME Program for credit. ME Program publications purchased through other distributors must be returned directly to that distributor, according to the distributor's return policy. Items returned in good condition will receive ME Program publications credit, after the shipping charge is deducted. Materials must be returned in original condition along with the enclosed invoice to ensure proper credit to your account. Videos can be replaced if defective. Family Portraits are sold in sets of five and cannot be purchased individually. If returning the Family Portrait pack, please remit all five portraits to ensure proper credit. Items must be returned within 30 days.
